I’ve always been a fan of standup and other forms of comedy but standup is my favorite form. So, I got to thinking of how blogging can be compared to standup comedy.

How to choose your blog title

When I got started blogging, I never took attention to a blog name which is very important part. In the fact, blog tile is a very important for your blog as your parents named you when you were born. Your parents always find meaningful and good name for you. So that it is not different from choosing your blog name.

You will see blog or website title shown in the Title Bar of browser when you visit home page of blog or website – for example, the title of my blog is “Blogging Tips for Beginners.” Therefore, you should carefully name your blog when you got started blogging, when your blog title is not interesting, the readers will be not interesting in your blog post.

Right now, I just want to share my little knowledge and experience in how to choose an effective blog title for your blog.

#1- Describing your blog: before naming your blog, you should think that what kind of content you are blogging. Therefore, you have to choose blog name which matches your blog content. For example, if you are blogging for advice for readers how to make money from blog, your blog title should be “Make money from blog” or “Online money blogging.” By the way, your blog title should be short, clear and easy to remember.

#2- Important for SEO: blog title is very valuable for Search Engine Optimization (SE). When searching, the title will be found first. Therefore, in order to make your blog title more important, you have to include the keyword for the search engine to search for the keywords in your blog title.

# 3- Choose unique name: it is not so easy to be able to choose unique name for your blog in order to set aside from other blogs in the same niche. Even thought, you should try to find a unique blog name.

# 4- Right spelling: you will be possible to lose your credibility when your visitors saw a wrong spelling of blog title at the first glance. So, you have to be careful to check the spelling of your title. By the way, wrong spelling is also able to affect search engine.

The above points are the effective ways to choose your blog name which I learnt from blogging several years. What is very important for blog name is for search engine to be easy to find out your blog for readers who search for what they need. Money made from blog is enough to pay domain and hosting

After getting started blogging four years, the first three years, I never thought about how to make money from blog and I was never interested in earning money from blog as well. When I got started my blog, I just have wanted to share my own opinions, thoughts, experiences and what I knew in order to share with all readers.

I always like to read many and many professional bloggers how to make online blog which made me more interesting. And then I have tried to start how to earn money from my own blog. The easy way I make money is google program called Google Adsense. And then I try other program Text-Link-Ads. And later I placed other one – Infolinks.

As you know, it is not so easy to earn money from blog. And income cannot make us rich. In order to make online blog, it takes time. And a success is not overnight. After placing different three programs on my blog, all income cannot support my daily life, but it is enough to pay for my domain name and hosting.

I just spend my free time to blog and to monetize. Only one year, I started to find way to earn money online. Blogging every day is my part-time job. How much did you earn money from your blog? Is it enough for your daily spending?
